Proactively Identify and Resolve Usability Friction

support_handling

View the product through the lens of continuous improvement, actively seeking 'scratches' or points of friction in the user experience. Instead of waiting for bug reports, navigate the application with the mindset of 'How do I make this better? How do I make this process faster?' Document these observed inefficiencies or minor bugs immediately in support tickets to ensure they are addressed, even if they aren't critical. This proactive approach smooths the user journey and pre-empts potential frustration.

Refine Prompts Iteratively for Specific Outputs

support_handling

Teach customers how to refine AI outputs to extract specific elements, especially from visually complex results. For example, after generating a full 'social media toolkit' image, instruct them to 'isolate one of Instagram post templates on social media toolkit. Can you do this or provide a prompt to execute this task?' This teaches an iterative refinement process, empowering users to break down complex requests into actionable steps and achieve highly specific results from their AI interactions.

Encourage Sharing and Community Engagement

success_expansion

After demonstrating a successful outcome or providing valuable tools, explicitly encourage customers to share their creations and tag the company/speakers on social media or within community groups. Phrases like, 'Tag me. Show them in a group. Show them on social media. Make sure you display and share all the wonderful things that you've created,' foster a sense of community, generate organic referrals, and create user-generated content, turning a support/training moment into an expansion opportunity.
