Submit a DMCA Notice

Use this form to report content on PostGrad that you believe infringes your copyright. Your notice must satisfy all six elements of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)(A); incomplete notices will be rejected.

Required elements (§512(c)(3)(A))

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the owner or agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough specificity to locate it (URL)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act

Knowingly false notices carry liability under §512(f). If you are not the copyright owner or their authorized agent, do not file.
